ACCOUNT & VERIFICATION
- How do I verify my identity (KYC)? To comply with regulatory standards, you must upload a valid government-issued ID (Passport, Driving License) and a proof of address (Utility Bill, Bank Statement) in your Account Settings. Verification typically takes up to 24 hours.
- Why is my account restricted? Restrictions may occur due to multiple failed login attempts, unverified details, or security checks. Check your registered email for instructions from our Compliance Team or contact Support immediately.
- Can I create multiple accounts? No. Our policy strictly prohibits multiple accounts per person, IP address, or household to prevent fraud and bonus abuse. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed.
- I forgot my password, how can I reset it? Click on the "Login" button and select "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure link to create a new password. Please check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within 5 minutes.
DEPOSITS & WITHDRAWALS
- How long do withdrawals take? Crypto and E-wallet withdrawals are processed instantly or within 2 hours. Bank transfers and Card withdrawals may take 1-3 business days depending on the processing bank's clearing times.

BETTING RULES
- What happens if a match is postponed? If an event is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned to your balance. Accumulator bets will remain valid with the voided selection calculated at odds of 1.00.
- How does Cash Out work? Cash Out allows you to settle your bet before the event finishes. The amount offered is calculated in real-time based on the current probability of the bet winning. This feature is subject to availability on specific markets.
- What are Dead Heat rules? A Dead Heat occurs when two or more competitors finish in a tie for a position. In this case, your stake is divided by the number of competitors tied for that position, and settled at the full odds.
BONUSES & PROMOTIONS
- What are wagering requirements? Wagering requirements (or rollover) refer to the number of times you must play through a bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable cash. For example, a $10 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you must place $50 worth of bets.
- Why didn't I receive my Welcome Bonus? Bonuses are usually credited automatically upon qualifying deposit. However, some promotions require you to "Opt-in" or enter a promo code during deposit. Check the "My Bonuses" section or contact support if it is missing.
- Do free bets expire? Yes. Unless stated otherwise in the specific terms and conditions, Free Bets usually expire 7 days after being credited to your account.

- How can I set deposit limits? You can set Daily, Weekly, or Monthly deposit limits in the "Safer Gambling" section of your profile. Decreasing a limit is immediate, while increasing a limit takes 24 hours to process as a cooling-off measure.
- What is Self-Exclusion? If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, you can self-exclude. This will block access to your account for a set period (6 months to 5 years). This action is irreversible until the time period has elapsed.
